Reports Visual Guide

Use Open Reports to review the reports and supporting information associated with an inspection.

Select a highlighted area of the interface to open the related help topic.

How to use the Visual Guide

Move your pointer over the interface.

When you hover over a clickable area, it will be highlighted in POSM orange. Select the highlighted control to open the detailed help topic.

Available reports depend on the inspection

The report tabs and information available depend on the inspection template and the data associated with the session.

Report Tabs

Use the tabs across the top of the Reports workspace to move between the available inspection reports.

Depending on the inspection, report tabs may include:

Select View Observations to move from the Reports workspace to the Edit Observations workspace.

From there, you can review the inspection video, observations, observation images, and pipe plot.

Select Edit Headers when you need to review or change the inspection's header information.

Users with editing permission can make changes directly in the Header Editor.

Use Edit Report Headers to work with report-specific header information.

Select Print Reports to prepare inspection reports for printing.

The normal POSM Central navigation remains available while viewing reports.
