Open and Navigate Inspection Reports

Use Open Reports to review the reports, video, charts, images, and supporting files associated with an inspection.

Open Reports

  1. Open Session Management.
  2. Locate the inspection.
  3. Select the checkbox beside the inspection.
  4. Select Open Reports.

The report viewer opens for the selected inspection.

Select a Report

Select a report tab to open it.

Available tabs may include:

  • Title Page
  • Faults
  • Plot
  • Video
  • Defect
  • ScanCam
  • Inclination
  • Additional

The tabs shown depend on the inspection template and available data.

Open Reports from GIS

An organization’s GIS system may include links that open an inspection directly in the POSM Central report viewer.

The exact GIS behavior depends on the organization’s configuration.

Return to Session Management

Use the available back or close control to leave the report viewer and return to Session Management.
