Invitation Expiration

POSM Central invitation links expire after 14 days.

If the user does not complete their account setup within that period, the original invitation can no longer be used.

Invitation links expire after 14 days

The user should complete their POSM Central account setup before the invitation expires.

Recreate an Expired Invitation

There is currently no separate Resend Invitation action.

If an invitation expires:

  1. Open Access Management.
  2. Locate the invited user.
  3. Deactivate the user.
  4. Recreate the user and send a new invitation.
  5. Ask the user to open the new invitation email and complete their account setup.

The new invitation provides the user with a new registration link.
